I have always had a passion for old, well-worn objects. When I found beads, I was hooked, especially by their intrinsic beauty and their endless possibilities for adornment. I was curious to know where the beads had been before they found their way to me. So, I began to study them, the organization of each society, the methods and materials they used to produce them and their meaning and value in each culture.
